My main goal is to build a loyal audience based, which will eventually
lead to the success of the magazine. The direct road to achieve it is though
social media which are the best way to promote magazine brand successfully.
The intended key demographic for the magazine is 16-25 years old, therefore
the content feature in and on the magazine will need to be suitable for only
them.
The typical reader would be interested in hearing other people’s
personal experiences and stories in their own lives. For my magazine specifically,
the typical reader would have to have rather strong interests towards
technology.
Magazines create interest around a specific topic, for this instance
technology and online, which attracts readers with similar interests.
To engage the audience the magazine
front covers will feature content that they relate to.
to get the audience interacting with the magazine the contents page will
have links to the website and Bauer media social media accounts. for the
contents page could include things like “to read the full story visit our
website” or “to see more about how this happened, head over to our Instagram”
by doing this it will get the audience more interested in the stories. This is
also a good idea for the age group as these people are the age group with the
most knowledge in technology and have the most to do with it.
